The staff were polite. They always offered something to drink. The hotel's location is great. It's close to historical places and public transport, a big plus! My room was cleaned daily according to my needs. I greatly appreciated the free room upgrade that I received.

I found that the pool was empty when I visited, a bit disappointing.

the breakfast was really good with fresh products. i enjoyed the variety available each morning (especially the pastries!). the location was near the suleymaniye mosque. it was also a short walk to the tram line and metro, which i found very convenient.

i think they could be a bit bigger. unfortunately, i found a cockroach in the bathroom, not ideal. the beds also felt uncomfortable.
